Once a package has shipped, it is out of our hands.

IF A PACKAGE WAS UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS SUBMITTED AT CHECKOUT, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING FEE ONCE AGAIN.
First class packages do not have a guaranteed delivery date, only an estimated timeframe.
We do not accept exchanges and returns due to the category of products we sell.
