Processing: 

• 3-5 business days
• Processing is the period of time between the date the order is placed and the date the package is shipped. 

Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally and worldwide.

Shipping times:

• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
• First class mail packages do not have a guaranteed delivery date. 

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $40 will have free shipping.
• Orders under $50 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country and total weight. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

• Please allow 1-2 business days after receiving your tracking for an update
• Please contact your local usps for any problems once the package has been in transit. 
• Once the package leaves our hands and arrives at the post office it is out of our control. 

Incorrect Address:

• Contact us or sign in to your customer account to change address if package has not been shipped. 
• We are not responsible for an incorrect address.
• If it is undeliverable address and is returned to us, you will have to pay for the shipping once again or cancel the order and get your money back for everything except the shipping fee.
• If the package has shipped and it is an incorrect address, then there will be a fee to try to intercept the package, which is not guaranteed.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. 

• All sales are final. 
• Due to the category of products we sell, we cannot accept returns and exchanges. 
• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
• If your packages was returned to us, we will refund your entire order except the non-refundable shipping fee.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 3-5 business days.

Cancellation:

• Once your order has been placed, it is finalized.
• You cannot change or edit products.
• Cancellations request can be evaluated but are not guaranteed.
• Once your order has been shipped it can not be canceled.
